Dynamic duo, Chefs Chelseah Compton & Bruno Feldeisen, our favourite French judge from TV’s ‘The Great Canadian Bake Off’, are creating a spring inspired 8 course dinner at Swallow Tail. An intimate long table style feast where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine, everyone is welcome!
Menu will be secret until the night of the dinner. Chef Robin will bring the chefs some unique spring ingredients to feature like stinging nettle, flowering currant, wild sorrel or lemonbalm.
You are invited to Chef Robin’s home kitchen, Swallow Tail supper club, seating will be long table style, some guests come away from these dinners with lifelong friends. Byob.
