Identify British Columbia coastal wild foods; berries, roots, edible trees, shoots and leaves – great for food nerds and hikers. Anything from fiddleheads, licorice fern, big leaf maple flowers, nettles, elderflowers, oyster mushrooms or wild camomile. This is a guided two-hour walk exploring and identifying all that spring or summer has to offer in foraged finds.
Trip includes an expert guided walk, forest nibbles and PDF list of edible wild plants that you can find on the coast of the British Columbia. Note that you cannot harvest wild plants from any parks, the guide will bring samples to taste.
