She lived in Spain and studied cooking there. “The spring was the best time for food in Barcelona where I was based. I would harvest wild asparagus, eat fresh sardines, spring leeks and spring lamb dishes, these bring me back to that time and I’d love to share them with you. I’m going to be fire cooking for most of this meal, so expect smoky and flame grilled notes.” – Chef Robin

You’re invited to the Swallow Tail secret supper club for an 8 course menu created by Chef Robin Kort. This intimate dinner will be long table style where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine, so everyone is welcome. Come one, come all and you will not leave hungry!
