About

Join us on a warm summer evening for a drink under the forest canopy. Chef + Sommelier Robin Kort’s summer wild harvest will be extracted into syrups, tonics and bitters for our drinks. Your ticket includes the cocktail of your choice and a relaxing discussion in the forest with a wildcraft expert on foraging for food in the forest and forest ecology.  We partner with Wild & Immersive an initiative by UBC’s Malcolm Knapp Research Forest in Maple Ridge, a biologist from their team will introduce you to the story of the forest.

Cocktail Bar Menu

  • Wild G&T – Elderflower and flowering currant infused Sheringham seaside gin and tonic, wild sorrel
  • Savage Sour – A nod to urban foraging with Vancouvers green fig tree leaf bitters, rye and citrus
  • Tinto de Verano – A Spanish inspired summer cocktail with wild blackberry shoots, berries and red wine on ice with orange.
  • Magnolia Shrub & Soda – Fermented magnolia blossoms, cider vinegar, soda – can be served without alcohol or spiked with mescal

(Foraged ingredients will be added to these base cocktails depending on what the season offers, from wild flowers to aromatic leaves and roots)
