Where is the dinner held?
The Swallow Tail secret Supper Club
Our supper club in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant has been hosting monthly dinners with guest chefs from around the world for 15 years now, time flies! Our chef collaborators have included Michelin starred chefs from France like Bruno Feldeisen, and Andrea Carlson (Burdock & Co), award winning Vancouver chefs like John Bishop and Hawksworth as well as international chefs like Jefferson Alvarez (Venezuela), Tushar Tondvalkar (Mumbai) and Kristine Kittrell (Texas) and so many more. Guests have met lifelong food loving friends and even met their partners at our intimate dinner parties and we’re so proud that we’re still here through these crazy last years. The ‘secret’ part of the supper club is just that our address is given only to attending guests upon booking. Guests BYOB and our sommelier is happy to give you beverage pairing suggestions upon request.
