Chef Bruno Feldeisen, our favourite French judge from TV’s ‘The Great Canadian Bake Off’ and star Chef Chelseah Compton are creating a spring inspired 8 course dinner at Swallow Tail. An intimate long table style feast where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine, everyone is welcome! Chef Robin will even bring Bruno some unique spring ingredients to work with like stinging nettle, flowering currant, wild sorrel or lemonbalm.

Seared tuna on spring ratatouille, black olive sauce

Gnocchi a la Provencal with Goat Cheese, nettle pesto
