COME EAT WITH US AND CELEBRATE MUSHROOM SEASON IN VANCOUVER, BC!

We’ll cook a stunning wild mushroom menu at the Swallow Tail Supper Club this fall.  Chef will show off some of the seasons greatest mushroom harvests of the season and chat with you about their foraging adventures during dinner. We may feature mushrooms like matsutake, hedgehog, bears head, chanterelle, lobster mushroom and many others that we find. A guest myco-specialist will also give a short talk on how to find these edible delights before dinner. Our guest Chefs Chelseah Compton & Bruno Feldeisen (The Great Canadian Bake off/ Michelin Starred chef) will be cooking up this fungi feast for you. ONLY 2 dates!

Swallow Tail dinners are long table style where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine in Mount Pleasant, so everyone is welcome.
