EXPERIENCE HUNT & GATHER DINNER OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WITH CHEF AND HUNTER JODY PECK & FORAGING CHEF ROBIN KORT!
Chef and hunter Jody Peck & foraging Chef Robin Kort team up on this annual feast. The menu they create is totally unique, a taste of place, of the British Columbia wilderness. Chef Robin will forage for her feature ingredients, you may taste anything from hand harvested chanterelles or even prized uni. Guests to the Swallow Tail home kitchen will get to chat with the chefs about their foraging and hunting adventures and enjoy six delicious courses, come hungry!
This is a Swallow Tail Supper Club members only dinner, so members and their friends are welcome, that’s you! You’ll dine in the chefs home kitchen and Byob.
Note: Because of hunting regulations the chefs will be using farmed elk, bison or venison for this menu
