Chef Bruno Feldeisen, our beloved judge from the Great Canadian Bake Off and a James Beard award winner presents a six-course supper celebrating spring’s prized morel mushrooms, showcasing stuffing, frying and baking techniques that highlight their earthy, meaty flavour and firm texture. The event offers a relaxed, long-table atmosphere where guests meet the team behind foraging-focused dinners and enjoy an intimate, city-centred culinary experience.
