For a few years after a forest fire, the exposed soil can produce a perfect habitat for edible wild mushrooms called burn morels to thrive. Join Chef Robin Kort for a mushroom hunting field trip focusing on these special spring mushrooms. We’ll teach you how to safely identify, sustainably and ethically harvest one of the most expensive and delicious mushrooms in the world.
