You are invited to the Swallow Tail secret garden in Mount Pleasant for a summer feast celebrating one of the quintessential BC wild ingredients, mouth watering crab. You’ll get to try Dungeness and Red Rock both native to our coasts to see which one you like best. In the kitchen, star Chef Tushar Tondvalkar is taking over again, weaving Indian flavours from his childhood home of Mumbai into the menu (he’s a guest favourite!).  Bring your sunhat and meet some new food loving friends at the long table this summer.

Chef Tushar Tondvalkar cooked his way through international Michelin restaurants such as Gaggan, (Asia’s Number One restaurant) and Gaa in Bangkok. In Vancouver, his resume includes Bauhaus and Blue Water Cafe, can’t wait to eat!

Long table seating in the underground supper club at the Swallow Tail in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant (secret address given upon booking). Byob, wine pairing recommendations given upon request.
