You are invited to a fancy backyard barbecue in essence for meat lovers. Each year at the Swallow Tail supper club a new chef smokes and sizzles a new menu spin on the concept. This years feature chef is Brent Thornton, currently chef de cuisine at Elem, previously, Good Thief and St.Lawrence, his cooking pedigree is spectacular. Bring your own wine if you like, a nice Syrah for the lamb dish perhaps, or some classic BC craft brews and join like minded meat lovers in the shade of our magnolia tree.

The Menu

Yellowfin tuna, sungold tomato, fried curry leaf, lemongrass yoghurt

Turkish lamb & pork kefta kebab, sumac onion, labneh
Summer bean cassoulet, braised pork cheek, bone marrow
Beef Striploin roast, sweet corn salad, Montreal spice
Maple brandy cake with BC summer berries
