You are invited to a fancy backyard barbecue in essence for meat lovers. Each year at the Swallow Tail supper club a new chef smokes and sizzles a new menu spin on the concept. This years feature chef is Brent Thornton, currently chef de cuisine at Elem, previously, Good Thief and St.Lawrence, his cooking pedigree is spectacular. Bring your own wine if you like, a nice Syrah for the lamb dish perhaps, or some classic BC craft brews and join like minded meat lovers in the shade of our magnolia tree.

Location: Swallow Tail underground supper club is one of a kind dining long table experience where you’re invited to Chef Robin’s home kitchen to dine in Vancouver. In the summer, we seat in the lovely garden under the trees and put fairy lights out for evening. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where you will meet our team who are devoted to creating foraging and seasonally focused long table dinners in the city. Secret location will be given upon booking.
