1st round of dishes
Coconut roti topped with wild foraged herbs with Gotu kola salad (shredded fresh coconut, turmeric, lime and green chili)
Kolla kanda (herbal soup made with curry leaves and wood sorrel) served with palm sugar, black pepper, lime, sea salt
2nd round of dishes
Lentil and cured tuna fritters served with lunu miris sauce
3rd round of dishes
Turmeric rice, fried onions, fresh curry leaves, raisins
