Star Chef Bruno Feldeisen, beloved judge on TV’s The Great Canadian Bake Off, is creating a prix fixe truffle menu for our annual Christmas celebration dinner at the underground supper club. This is a great excuse to share some wine with a few friends and tuck into a luxurious, fine meal this winter.
About the food
Chef Bruno will be showcasing the finest wild truffles from Europe and BC to turn Xmas dinner on it’s head. Four rich, lovely courses of truffles cooked in Bruno’s traditional French style. Long table seating at a secret location in Mount Pleasant. BYOB, wine pairing list available upon request.

Details: Swallow Tail secret supper club in Mount Pleasant (address to be given upon booking). Since the location is BYOB our sommelier is happy to pass on wine pairing recommendations for you to bring; a nice nebbiolo from Italy would fit with the Alba truffle dish, but I would lean to a lightly oaked full bodied Chardonnay (either still or Champagne style) to go with more of the courses. BC truffles are more delicate so intense wines may overpower them.
