Truffle Xmas Dinner

Pop-up Truffle Dinner - 2 Dates ONLY

Star Chef Bruno Feldeisen, beloved  judge on TV’s The Great Canadian Bake Off, is creating a 6 course truffle menu for our annual Christmas celebration dinner at the underground supper club. This is a great excuse to share some wine with a few friends and tuck into a luxurious, fine meal this winter.

Chef Bruno will be showcasing the finest fresh truffles from Europe and BC to turn Xmas dinner on it’s head. Six rich, lovely courses of truffles cooked in Bruno’s traditional French style. Long table seating at a secret location in Mount Pleasant. BYOB, wine pairing list available upon request.

  • Fennel & Butternut Squash Al Dente Risotto, Shaved Pecorino,

  • French Brie, Honey Alba Truffle Drizzle, Garlic & Wild Herbs Toasted Baguette

Details: Swallow Tail secret supper club in Mount Pleasant ( address to be given upon booking). Since the location is BYOB our sommelier is happy to pass on wine pairing recommendations for you to bring; a nice pinot noir from France or bubbly always goes perfectly with truffles or if you prefer, a nebbiolo from Italy’s Barolo area where the famous Alba truffles grow.
