Mount Pleasant Secret Address – BYOB
Chef Chelseah Compton, our Filipino-Canadian guest chef, is over the moon that she finally gets to create an 8 course menu for people that love the zing of a spicy dish. Dishes will be a balanced medium spice level with extra chilies for the dragons out there. This is NOT going to tear your tastebuds off! Dinner will be served at the long table at the Swallow Tail Supper Club where you’re invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine. BYOB, our sommelier recommends lagers, pilsners, rieslings or lighter options that work well with spice.
