Chefs Chelseah Compton & Bruno Feldeisen (our beloved award winning chef and judge on TV’s The Great Canadian Bake Off) cook a stunning wild mushroom menu at the Swallow Tail Supper Club this October. You’ll get to taste rare and wonderful BC wild mushrooms, whatever the season has to offer from matsutake, hedgehog, bears head, chanterelle, lobster mushroom to chicken of the woods. A guest myco-specialist will also give a short talk on how to find these edible delights before dinner. ONLY 2 dates!

Swallow Tail dinners are long table style where you are invited to the chefs home kitchen to dine in Mount Pleasant, so everyone is welcome. BYOB, our sommelier can offer wine pairing suggestions to bring.
