Join the dinner party at Swallow Tail secret supper club this New Years Eve! Chef Robin will forage for some wild local ingredients you may have never tasted before to weave into the menu. Chefs Bruno Feldeisen, beloved judge on The Great Canadian Bake Off and Michelin starred chef, and star Chef Chelseah Compton are creating a one time only 8 course dinner celebrating the new year. This is a long table dinner, so come as a couple or a single and you’re bound to leave with new food loving friends to bring more happiness into the new year.

Meet the chefs! You are invited to dine in a private kitchen, so the chefs will talk to you about the ingredients and how they make each dish. Some dishes will be made with Chef Robin’s foraged ingredients like wild porcini mushrooms, salty local seaweeds or sea urchin roe depending on what each chef wants to use, note that the menu may change depending on what ingredients we find to feature.

    Balsamic Pearls, Green Apple & Yuzu
  • Whipped Salmon + Caviar Pate a Choux
  • Handmade Crab Pasta with Dill Pearls + Crispy Parmesan
  • Grass Fed Carved Beef Tenderloin, Butternut Squash Puree
    Onion Marmalade, Balsamic Truffle Drizzle
  • Duck Breast, Baked Leek, Crispy Prosciutto, Red Wine Sauce
  • Chocolate Sour Crème Fraiche Cake
    Espresso Cream
  • Cognac truffles

Note that the chef may change the menu based on what’s freshest and tastiest at the market that week.
