You are invited to the Swallow Tail secret Supper Club in Vancouver to dine on some of the worlds most luxurious ingredients; matsutake mushrooms and lobster. Hand harvested and prepared with love by Star Chefs Brent Thornton (Is that French/Good Thief restaurants) and David Cassese for their 7 course menu. Bring your friends, byob (our sommelier can recommend pairings) and take a seat at the long table for a night to remember.
