Join us for a fun summer foraging class with Chef Robin Kort and get a one time gift of a brand spanking new Coastal Forager’s Cookbook or a Coastal Forager’s Pocket Guide.

In class with Robin, you’ll learn about what to safely harvest in summer in coastal BC. Go on an easy stroll identifying berries, edible trees, shoots and leaves – great for food nerds and hikers. This is an easy guided walk through Jericho Park’s different ecosystems from pond to forest to seaside exploring and identifying all that summer has to offer and you get an amazing cookbook or pocket guide signed by Chef Robin to take home.

Note: No harvesting as we are in a park, but chef will bring wild samples to taste.
