Dhalpuri roti with furikake

I was inspired to create some more new recipes this rainy November (I cook to stave off the cloudy weather blues).  In my new coastal foraging cookbook I have a recipe for bullwhip kelp furikake, so having lots of this spice mix around I thought I’d try it as a flavour accent to handmade dhalpuri roti.  Feel free to just add any seaweed from sea lettuce to nori to the recipe instead of the furikake.  Here’s the full recipe, I then filled the roti with grilled chicken, kimchi and wild greens to delicious results.  Have fun with it:)
