You are invited to a fancy backyard barbecue in essence where the meat keeps on coming till you are full. Each year a new chef smokes and sizzles a new menu spin on the concept. This years feature chef is Brent Thornton, currently chef de cuisine at Elem, previously, Good Thief and St.Lawrence, his cooking pedigree is spectacular. Bring your own wine if you like, a nice Syrah for the lamb dish perhaps, or some classic BC craft brews and join like minded meat lovers in the shade of our magnolia tree.
