You are invited to the Swallow Tail secret supper club in Mount Pleasant for a multi-course menu celebrating one of the quintessential BC wild ingredients, mouth watering crab. You’ll get to try three different species of crab; Dungeness and Red Rock both native to our coasts and the invasive European green crab (you can feel good about eating more of those!) Kick ass Filipino-Canadian chef Chelseah Compton & Cheryl Chang of Nourish are taking over our kitchen to create an Asian style crab feast.

Crab croquettes
Black garlic, herbed cream cheese, lemongrass coconut sauce
Crab toastie
Shiso leaf chimichurri, sesame and seaweed aioli

Sablefish & crab rice
Tao jiew (Thai miso) sablefish on ginger scallion crab rice with seared bok choy with prik nam pla
Hojicha panna cotta with matcha coconut cream and maple garum caramel
